REASON FOR DROP: from Briefing.com: 10:20 ET MarketWatch IPO: Shares of Data Broadcasting (DBCC 25 -6 3/16) sell-off sharply after $35 price for MarketWatch.com (MKTW) hits quote terminals. However, does not appear that MKTW shares have actually begun trading.
