You don't need to treat this any differently because he is the President. If the local banker was raping and killing I would expect him to go to jail... he would no longer be a banker in the process.

If he was fudging the truth about his sex life in some civil action unrelated to banking and finance I would not expect him to be barred from work.

You have to make some judgement about how great a crime is invlovled. Anyway you look at the Clinton matter it still boils down to sneaky sex.
