MKTW has not traded, all those "quotes" were mistakes which were corrected, and have nothing to do with where the stock may open. A few minutes before actual trading starts, the MMs will start posting quotes on Level II, that will be the first real indication of where it will start trading. Until someone with Level II posts that quotes are displayed, ignore any bogus trades you may see.
