Re: Potential cancer cures. Check out CLPA and the CLPA board. There is also a good discussion on the stock going on at Raging Bull. They have a product which causes abnormal cells to die on their own without affecting normal cells. And supposedly doesn't cause serious gastrointestinal discomfort like conventional chemotherapy. They are about to report Phase III trials on their first application, but people are beginning to get very excited about this company. But, its a risk. They basically have one mode of attack against cancer and it either works and the stock skyrockets or the company is worthless.
