Selecting undervalued stocks can be one of the most difficult tasks in investing. TA traders look at charts. Daytraders look at momentum on level II. But we must look into the future to calculate where a stock may be headed. Often the future is determined by pending news or new developments, etc. And often it is best determined by looking at the past.

I did not see a paragraph in a recent Edgar filing [ever try reading the whole thing?] that determines the destiny of our Biopool pick. That paragraph stated roughly that on Oct. 6, 1998 the NASDAQ served Biopool notice that if it did not get it's stock price above 1 dollar before January 6, 1999 that it would be delisted to the OTC. Now you know what that means. . .

I am sorry for inconveniences this oversight may have caused anyone here. I am selling my small position and buying more PRFM at a today's bargain prices. I like today's news about that little Canadian company getting distribution of PRFM both in real stores and on the internet. They are already seeing a little pop from that news.

Again, no excuses on this oversight. . .we must ALL watch each others butts as we trade this arena of undervalued gems. I ALWAYS appreciate any tips on potential pitfalls. Most pitfalls we can overcome, however delisting is typically not one of them.
