HEHEH...you guys crack me up <G>. Just got back home last night.(Don't
carry a Laptop these days) Anyway, catching up on my reading, news and
other stuff <G>. No, did not sell even ONE PNLK share. As for the visit, Terri (who is a lot better writer than I'll ever be, took the notes and will post a more comprehensive report.
In short, They are concentrating on jumping waaay ahead of any possible future competition before they'll start making waves and getting attention. I have to say that I totally agree with this policy
(I have said in a prior post that if I was the CEO, this will be exactly what I would do.) Now, it's not great news for traders and folks with short time horizon.
Now, as for time table, I think they should have some news about the
banking alliance soon (don't know how soon, but releasing anything during Dec. is a waste of time). Next we should see more news and marketing around the Ver. III release.
Dave Walker and Taylor were there, both were very nice, cooperative and forthcoming. The office is very nice and very well positioned to
have conferences, sign deals (and meet with investors <G>)I guess what
I am trying to say is that the office shows 'class-act' to potential
partners, alliances and so on. It starts when you walk through the door and the receptionist offers to take your coat ...(Johnny, I had
coffee, sorry...I'll buy 2 more shares today <G>)
The point I tried to get across:1. Higher stock price is good for investors and Co. officials and makes a LOT more sense and profit than
issuing cheap shares. 2. don't even think of getting close to the
total authorized shares number. 3. Investors confidence is VERY important !
Dave took notes. They should have the Co. news-letter on the site soon. The number of shares is just to give the co. more flexibility
in the future in regards to new ventures. They are not planning on using it but just want to have the option there should they need it.
As I stated before, I much rather see them use stock for ventures and
corporate alliances than reward worthless execs. with stock options, as is the practice in corporate America.
Their goal is to get on the NASDAQ, and this entire process is in the
hands of the lawyers.
They have the trade show counter and will use it.
Glen will be talking to COC in the orient.
The Israeli COC is a DONE DEAL. (They alone, have around 30'000 members !)
Dave's relations with his previous co. are VERY GOOD ! As for the reason he left: realizing the internet potential he had a vision of
EXACTLY what PNL already was ! So while working on PNL's alliance he asked them to join the team.
I think his previous experience and connections are going to be major
asset to PNL.
Again, their main goal at the moment is focusing on the jumping ahead
and this should reward investors, not day traders.
The above is what I could remember and when Terri is back from her trip I am sure she can find few more points in her notes and write a more comprehensive post. My general impression was positive, they are
very focused !
