"To make DBCC worth its intraday high of $39, MKTW's stock would need to rally from an offering of about $12 to roughly $293. Not likely"

however, DBCC is now around $24, mening the MKTW price would need to be $180. So if we do the reverse math (and lets assume MKTW is about $103 now), DBCC would be worth $13.75.

HGowever, that assumes DBCC's entire valuation is based on MKTW, which it isn't. I m not sure if the play will be for DBCC in a few days, or MKTW in a few weeks. Or Both. But both are worth keeping an eye on though.
