Spark, I don't think earnings are the issue here--there will most likely a small earnings gain for the quarter. They still have some acquisition costs to expense. What is inmportant is the website debut by the end of the month--these guys will have about 75M this year, mostly in catalog sales. And without the internet, Donald and Co. projected they would earn .21/share in 99. So, add in the internet sales and it would be PROFITABLE internet company. That's what should move the stock. How high? Hard to say. It depends on what news and internet services pick up the announcement. Any where from 4-20. Look at what AAGP did.
