I just spoke with Mr. Tilton and as you can probably guess he is being swamped with shareholder inquiries. I was trying to be considerate of his time and want him to have as much time available as possible to put towards building equity /value in TNRG. The purpose of my call was to try to get a feeling of his mood and headset! In my opinion he sounded very upbeat and positive. My sense is that he is planning a step by step and steady approach to building the business. I tried to get a general feedback regarding the many other projects/businesses that we have been advised of over the last year. I sensed that there are some significant developments that have or are taking place regarding many of the businesses but Mr. Tilton could not divuldge any info at this time. He indicated that the progess and developments will be issued hopefully starting next week with the intent to keep us informed on an ongoing basis. He even hinted that he is considering a lettor to the shareholders commenting on the many projects and their current status. JMO! He indicatd that as a first step he wanted the Shopping Mall Financials on the Web site and to give readers time to digest the information and then begin to follow-up with more news. All in all--I am quite pleased! JMO! I am looking for a step by step growth style--nothing dramatic--just nice and easy with regular news with factual updates. TIME WILL TELL! Best Regards, Wayne J.
