OK, I guess the Yamner customers are the ones with religion. I found the web site and I don't see any mention of web trading. But I'm moving everything but my pension account from Schwab, I think. I don't see any more why I pay that kind of fee when I can't even get through on a busy day. Are all orders phoned in and what is a typical commission charge either way? Also, what size and type of individual investors does the firm deal with/want? TIA, Chaz
