Robert, very good review. Thanks for the post. We have a position already at 4 and change but have considered adding to it. Do they have a habit of making the estimate or, due to the volatility you mentioned, have they missed in the past? Do you believe that California or another potential big client could come through in the next month or so? Thanks in advance for any additional insight.
