DEAN...MKTW.....IPO's

Dean the underwriter BT Alex BRown..
priced this last night at $17.00 so this
is what all 2.75 million shares in this
offering went for...Everyone's cost is
$17.00....if the first trade was at
$95.00 and you sold....instant riches..

Anyone who did not get an allocation on the
IPO either bought DBCC previously...hoping
it would go up in anticipation or had to
pay $95.00 or higher today to get in..

BTW..the company MKTW received 2.75 mm X $17.00
or 46.75 million to build their business....
$95 - $17 = $78 X 2.75mmm shs = 214.4 million dollars
of mis-pricing on the part of the underwriters....

All IPO's work this way..

Jim in CT..
