Richard, I understand the feelings of frustration, and I have them, too. And I have to agree that promises for (e.g.) "News on Monday" should never be made unless they're darn sure they will have something to say on Monday. This can and has been irritating and they should take more care there. But let's keep a little perspective - folks complained about nothing going right at the mill, and demanded new leadership. So, DJ responded per prescription and placed MM in charge, (& btw, imho a pretty important and gutsy development for a guy who has been described as a "Nobody's gonna tell me how to run my company" kinda CEO). This is being responsible and responsive - btw, know any other companies in your portfolio who have made a similar move recently (based in part on stockholder remarks)?
OK, So McKay has now been on the job for, what - a couple and a half months, and a good portion of that hampered with the holidays? I called on Wed - Jensen continues to be very impressed with MM's efforts and very happy with the progress on several fronts. The words may not be enough for some - I understand that - but I was reassured with what I heard. Patience...yes and more patience....SW
