It is my understanding from PW reports that UIS does not want to convert all preferred at once or all for stock since it would create an overhang of stock on the market. They will call all but over a period of time. Regarding the price I am encouraged by volume which needs to precede price. Let's get all the $34-5 dollar seats sold with 4.5 million shared days like yesterday so UIS can move into the high $30's. IMO UIS shouldn't move into the $40-50 range untill end of 1999 earnings are more visable or a takeover.
