as you remember attorney alders & andy mann conspired to get legends lifted off of the restricted stock when sylver was in manaus by writing bogus opinion letter.

You continue to decline to address this issue in a satisfactory way, Spidey. Why do you say the letter in question was "bogus"? As we all know, it was signed by Mike Sylver. Are you telling us that Mikey is in the habit of collaborating in the production and promulgation of "bogus" documents? Thanks for clarifying this.

when these extras shares were discovered in the float fidelity was forced to resign .

Excuse me. Testifying at the injunction hearing, Mikey said that he "discovered" the extra shares in the float "when he returned from Manaus". This is a little puzzling. Again by his own testimony, he returned from Manaus in April. He signed the "bogus" opinion letter on 4 May. Fidelity was replaced as TA by Pacific Transfer on 21 May. Don't you find anything at all odd about this chronology of events?

the second transfer agent recieved numerous calls everyday from greg tifer, the attorney for charlie krisfulesi. he threatened ta with legal action if the legends were not lifted from charlies stock.

And? If he felt he could win a legal action, he must have believed he had cause, and could prove it. As so many have noted, Mikey has consistently refused to sign off on stock whose restrictions have expired. Please note, btw, that this issue has nothing whatsoever to do with the shares given to Andy Mann and the "bogus" opinion letter signed by Mikey. Oh yes, a question: why your evident horror at Greg Tifer's threat to take matters to court? Mikey sues somebody new about once a week on average, it seems.

since they could not do that because it would violate the restriction on the stock & the threatening calls did not cease pacific resigned.

lololololol, Spidey! Now you really ARE getting mixed up! According to the original version of this amazing story, Pacific Transfer was engaged as a "transitional" TA; something that didn't make much sense about "electronic" tracking of trades. Okay, okay, so now the tale has changed a bit; nothing new with AZNT.

transsecurities resigned as attorney tifer began threatening them as they did pacific.

Oooops, Spidey! I thought TranSecurities was "fired", or at the very least "forced to resign". Why, you said so yourself many, many times! Fully documented. From the horse's mouthpiece, shall we say? My God, Spidey, you aren't any good at this stuff at all. Can't WAIT to hear Mikey's testimony on the subject of the disappearing TAs. I suspect it'll be most entertaining.

most interesting dear is this fact, since aznt has become self transfer aznt has not recieved one phone call about lifting the legend from this stock from tifer.

Why on earth is that "interesting"? Why should Tifer waste his time calling Mikey? I've been told, though, that Mr Self-Transfer has received one HELL of a lotta complaints from shareholders who want to sell and can't because he refuses to sign their certs.

well, dear, when it was brought to his attention he was not a shareholder he changed story to he was a "friend" of a shareholder who wished a tour of the facilities.

Highly implausible. Surely even Mikey can do better than this. The person in question could have been a shareholder whose stock was held in street name.

i suppose like ulrich who is your "technical guy" & mitchell who "makes the phone call" , i suppose he is your "broker guy".

Sorry, but I have no idea who "broker guy" is. You seem to consider me a sort of eminence grise. I'm naturally flattered, but you give me too much credit.

i guess there is no conspiracy to hurt this investment.

There's a conspiracy to discover the truth about this company and its dealings. Should you be worried? I think so.
