AOL is basically linking its ISP customers through BAs infrastructure...that means for now at least they will be using WSTL, regardless of what marketwatch, ORCTF and AWRE have to say about it.

the only thing that hasnt been decided is the BEL DMT vendor. but that contract wont hit the money until late this year or early 2000.

so, for now, if you want to play BA/AOL...you have to buy WSTL or ALA.
