Jeff, the suggested profit was unquestionably presented by the company, at no point did I make any attempt to hide that, at least I certainly don't think I did. From a more fundamental perspective I have been able to independently verify much of what has been presented to me, unfortunately until audited financials showed up that part is ALL hearsay.

The frustrating part so far has been the pre-occupation the company has, with doing another "deal" rather than getting down to business. There has been a suggestion that, with the price of oil where it is, there just isn't anything happening in the industry - THAT'S CRAP. The gas industry has been just fine and there are still plenty of juniors doing drill work on smaller fields, we should be taking advantage of this. Add the potential of non-O&G related business and the original idea of doing royalty related JV's (that was a good idea, by the way) and we should be flying.
