I understand...and i further understand that you must have got burned on some deal through him or CFC. Appologies, not everyone wins. If it was CYGS or PMGI, you might well be pointing the finger in the WRONG direction, as I have held, and currently hold both, and I PERSONALLY know that BD was not responsible for their quick declines, and I believe in the long run we will be phine in these issues.
The CFC disclaimer is standard stuff. The OTC:BB market is not phor the weak of spirit, the stupid, the ignorant nor the under financed, especially the later. (Iph you phall into any of these catagories, please go back to your MF broker at Olde and leave the rest of us alone, iph not.....). No one wants to take any responsiblity for picks in this super litigious society we live in, case in point many people here on SI have been sued already (and lost...and won). Such is life, but to shit can a stock because one guy or one phirm is promoting it is just plain STUPID. Case in point, I bought USRF on my own DD, through an introduction to the technology and later the CEO. I bought it at $.60 when there was ZERO volume, and 1000% later I am not in the least bit upset (and I did sell along the way, and take profit, and have even day traded it when the $$$$$$ justified doing so). So CFC picked it....so they got a few hundred thousand shares, and I made a killing...totally unrelated...you phollow me????
CFC is one of the phew, it not the ONLY, promotion and picking phirm that discloses their holdings. Big Dog has been interviewed and quotes by MANY nat'l publications, including the WSJ, and he nor CFC are currently involved in ANY litigation. Iph everyone pulling tricks on SI on and the OTC:BB disclosed how they got paid, things would be MUCH different around here.

If you don't wanna do your own DD, and you don't want to buy a stock because someone else might make a buck off of it then you are a sorry sport, and I pheel phor you. I have phollowed your picks, and we have even played in a phew issues together....one was EPTI (I think). The Phatt man likes to play across the board, but the Phatt man LOVES TO WIN...
