As I understand, the GRN merger is DONE only the stock is not fully converted. I also undertand you can still trade your GRN shares but using them to sell BRK shares as needed.

Personally, I think some of the index fund people were NOT able to get out of GRN without driving it through the floor. They're still getting out now (IMHO).

Got to wonder if WEB is using this situation as an opportunity to repurchase shares. If so, we probably won't hear about it for as long on the SEC will allow WEB to keep is secret.
