Keep in mind Cindy that Registered, Trade Mark, and Registered Trade Mark(s), are not the same as patents. There have been several known products that have been developed, and marketed before they had patents, who now pay royalties to the one who actually patented a product first. Even though the one who has the patent hasn't even started marketing the product. A classic example of the first one there wins, is the telephone... Randy
