So what? He never met her. I have clients I've represented for over ten years whom I've never seen. Big deal. His deputies did talk to her. He listened to the tapes and he had her depo. Your analysis is errant because you think that personal contact by Starr makes a difference. It does not. Others in his office assessed her credibility and I would surmise they are people he trusts.
