Chief BII already qualifies for the Nasdaq small cap market but not the Nasdaq National market. Minimum price for National is $5.00 U.S. (~$7.50). They also must have net tangible assets of $1 million. (Assets - Liabilities) not including goodwill. I am not sure they meet this requirement. The last financial statements I saw were from Oct.
