Tony...gonna spend all your profits on attorney fees?

We have a long record of what is fact and what is fiction on both our sides....

The SEC would be very interested in your case as well, seeing that you've blatantly made attempts at manipulation by your screaming proclamations...

Does your lawyer Matt really want to take case he can't win? And do you really want to go to court with such a flimsy case that subjects you to incrimination?

Actually don't think it would make it to trial, and what would you win? If you could win on liability? (Which you couldn't) How are you going to prove damages...that is unless you're giving legitimacy to what I've been saying. Geeze little tony, I have as much chance as going into court with a suit against you, saying that any losses I incurred due to DBCC's share price were your fault which would be nearly impossible to do unless DBCC chose to pursue you for libel (which they could) when you said they were a "scam" and not simply in your opinion overvalued.

But why would they do that, and I haven't incurred any losses...

Shucks there goes my countersuit....
