Yes Andrew, and let me tell you a little story..... I did a private placement with ETPI last June for 50 cents a share and in August for 35 cents a share. Me and two friends raised the money to help ETPI for expansion. At the time cash was in short supply, they were factoring receivables, delaying payments, management was holding their payroll checks.... they needed help. Business was good and earnings were projected to be -.01 to +.02 for any given quarter. After the private placement the stock went from $1.18 to 10 cents per share. That was 5 months ago.... we held on. The story was good, it was only a matter of time.....BANG... On Thursday the stock went from 24 cents to 50 cents. Today from 50 to 80 cents, closed at 70. The right combination of a business plan, financing, good fundamentals and strong promotion AT THE RIGHT TIME. Normally trades 40K - 50K shares per day. Today over 1.3 million shares traded. Yesterday over 500K shares traded. On Tuesday, the stock will gap open at about a $1.

I'm glad I held on. My patience was rewarded because the company had a good story, a good business and when it all comes together, it is the patient investors who reap the big bucks. Timing is critical. I guess that's why I'm these types of stocks rather than T-Bills or mutual funds or IBM / Intel. Its one thing to play it safe, its another to pay off your house before you're 40!
