janice , tell it to the judge dear. andy mann told court that he got the 4 million share in exchange for neck & back stock. this can not be true & was disgarded in court. you can not purchase stock with other stock in reg s deal. also dear aznt financials were not up to date so no reg s deal was possible. the deal was null & void. andy mann stold the stock dear with a bogus opinion letter he & alders wrote. dear ,you must be tired. i suggest you get outside & get some fresh air. it may be quite awhile before you get the oppurtunity again. spider
