Yes...many sources within the industry say that they have something as good as Tarantella that's almost finished...but what is it?...Well...Tarantella allows any remote device to run applications that reside on the server...(this is different from a Java download to a RAM device...but the Java methods requires new applications written in Java on the server)...and this method does put increased loads on the server but it suits something like a remote sales force that needs to use existing infrastructure and existing applications...

Now...IBM, Sequent, Compaq, Unisys, and Data General now all have some type of tie to SCO's Unixware for use on Intel-based servers...(so what is someone like Corel going to run on a 64 bit Merced-based server...)...
