Not my specialty, I have to admit... But he'd have a hard time demonstrating causation between my statements and his perceived demise, especially where I provided evidence to substantiate my claims...However, nuff' said, really not a good idea to discuss via this "open" "forum". Plus, is he going to pursue everyone else who has made the same observations as myself, or will I call them as witnesses? More interesting then my case, would be a case by the SEC against posters who scream sell sell sell and this stock is a terd just to manipulate the emotions of inexperienced online investors, especially if these same people do the same thing en masse on the Yahoo threads as well, and do it in a coordinated effort. John John would find that very very interesting..... ztect
