Thanks for the update. It was good to get the update, particularly since you reached JT. I have a call into both JT and John but your comments answered many of my questions.

I had a hedge in as well but did buy more off the $13.5 bottom before the close. For informational purposes, I faxed to JT a statement from one of my other companies who recently was served with a class action lawsuit. The response from this company was swift (the same day) and strong.

We can expect the same type of response from ABTX on this matter as well: They should say it is without merit, groundless and that it doesn't stand in the way of the SIGNIFICANT event that should be right around the corner.

Perhaps ABTX can save all of us a lot of time and grief and make this lawsuit announcement moot today by combining the "strategic alternative" news next week in conjunction with a response to this garbage (one can always hope).
