NITE has been described as having a "NEAR MONOPOLY" on making markets in many internet issues, in addition to other NASDAQ listings. There is a lot of churn with daytrading etc., so transactions have increased in proportion to the new subscribers of online brokerage firms - EGRP, AMTD. etc...
NITE has an airtight balance sheet and almost no debt, this may be the perfect stock for investors looking to get in on the internet action at a reasonable multiple.

Near monopoly is based on the fact that they are pretty much it as far as market makers for the NASDAQ go for the major online brokerages. Kernan was touting the stock as one that whether the market is up or down this stock benefits and really shouldn't be affected.
