The market always worked out the market price. Big Brother's tired of that.

...with Liberty (free market - ha!)
and Justice for all (all Clinton supporters that is)

I don't care about the market as much as the message it's sending about the entire country's groupthink. Eliminating 200 years of the market mechanism in 3 mths is just not right , IMHO.

Likely the whole point is to get the screwed up Social Security system privatized, so first we have to eliminate the fact that the screwed up markets can go down. Ok, that'll take about, let's see, three months of gov't intervention & Peter Lynch commercials - done. For christ sake, why don't they just tell us where they want our money and stop the freakin costly charade.

(for the record, I only have long positions & still want the index-bubble to burst so we can move on)
