Solomon Smith Barney issued the downgrade when this stock spiked up to 40s the day after thanxsgiving.
Maybe they thought 40s was too much for HAST.
I hate analysts.

Well, it looks like Salomon Smith Barney was right back then, doesn't it? Now they have raised HAST back to a 'Buy' [3-H to 2-H, 3=Hold, 2=Buy, H=High risk.] The new price target is $22.
