Christine: I am a newcomer to this thread when it comes to *active* participation though I have been visiting on and off for some time now. But I just have to ask this one question ===>
I *love* SI so much that I actually stay up entire nights *actually* following close to "a hundred stocks" as you once wrote, even though I am not exactly very good at keeping things "short and on subject" myself!..... (Yeah, I know you are probably frowning already!)
So here is my problem, how on earth do you kick the habit of feeling almost obssesively compelled to reply to read and/or (?) reply to every single post that is thrown your way? Do you have the same problem? If I don't get an aswer I will have to assume that you don't of course but, judging from your consistently high-quality maintenance of this thread, I would guess that you probably *know* exactly what I am talking about here. Don't you?
Well, I guess I better go to bed now that the release-induced high I've been on for several hours is starting to wear off! But what can I say, one of my favorite companies just released 4Q figures that were much better than even I expected and, since I started the thread, now I have this crazy feeling that it is *my* job to monitor it should any additional late-breaking news, commentary, questions, analysis, etc., should be added to it. (Yeah, now I can really see that frown coming on!)
Am I making any sense here? Please HELP!
p.s. I'll even mail you the $90 I pay my "therapist" on a weekly basis (Tongue-In-Cheek!)..........
p.s.s. BTW, the company I am talking about is Centura Software (CNTR).............
p.s.s.s See? I did it again Christine! I couldn't resist the urge to plug it one more time before signing off for the night (morning?)!!!.......... |
