Pete, I think the repeated reference to the low operating cost is does not accurately represent the cost of operating that facility. Say you were making a ton of money and as a result the deadbeat was being paid up and you were still getting rich - I think you would be foolish to shut down just to get even with the deadbeat who would soon become up to date.
