Excellent historical analysis. However, Larry E. said it all for the future when he implied that at a 3 bil market cap, Novell is too high priced. In other words, no one sees a growing/glowing future. The future is still without a viable vision (if any) and supposedly that is what the wait for a new ceo will bring, the needed vision. RIght now, it looks like time has won, and the current management plans to stay intrenched, and downsize the company. Then a smaller market cap could form (yes, after a brief up blip in Feb, in a few months this stock will probably fall much further) and what happens next?
