ok. one more point and i will drop the "conspiracy theory". I trade through schwab, and was told that BII could not be traded through the web (foreign exchange). I put a limit order in to sell and recieved a confirmation #. Since i was told it wouldnt work i called my order in just in case. Lo and Behold "they already had my order to sell". When i asked how that be they told me there is a "glitch in the system". hmmmmm im still wondering.
