Agora (or anyone else), have you heard of YF's strategic mandate? I mean - what is their overall game plan? Are they trying to become a Consolidator/Multinational Specialist in the Frozen Dessert business? It's obvious to me that their original stake in Yogurt has evolved to much more (ice cream, desserts, etc.). Has anyone heard the Serruya's publicly state their modus operandi and their vision of what they will create with YF? This would be important as then I can truely assess who their REAL competion is and what specific market they are ultimately going to be playing in --- one thing is clear -- they are no longer a Franchisor of Yogurt - as that is just one business they are in even if that was what staked them in the beginning.
