It looks to me like the private placements are declared and they are being paid for by selling previously owned shares into the market. We'll see in the next report if they continued selling past the report dates.

Those pp shares can become free very quick if they continued selling previous holdings in the $4.00 range and you only have to sell half as many as you bought at $2.00.

And your right Turton did not declare any pp units.
