Micheal it doesnt matter because eventially everbody will realize the emperor(ERICY) has no clothes(CDMA). They are using their political muscle to convince everyone that WCDMA exist's. WE and most techies(outside of euorope) Know the truth. I think Ericy is no longer the threat, but ATT and Low level satelite technology is. I think it isnt if but when ERICY capitulates. I also think a hostile takeover is a threat also
