I don't agree. I have posted a number of questioning posts here and have generally been respectfully treated--obviously people often disagree with me, but I have not felt attacked on more than a very few occasions. Certainly nonproductive bashing -- negative posts without a basis, just saying these people are dolts or dishonest, or posting inaccurate information, or ascribing bad motives without reasonable basis -- is unwelcome and merits attacks. And certainly the large majority of posters here are supporters of the stock and sensitive to the fact that it isn't moving as they would like it to. But to suggest to Ensminger that this thread is closed to healthy skepticism is, in my experience, inaccurate and unfair.
On the other hand, when you say things like "What is funny is that those that get nabbed by the SEC never thought they would get caught. These fools probably think the same thing," clearly implying that FNTN management are violating SEC regulations and deserve to be caught, without posting any justification for such very serious accusations, you deserve to be attacked.
In brief: I have found that intelligent and respectful questioning and even dissent here is, if not welcomed, at least accepted and treated with respect. Wild accusations and false statements are not.
A final PS: my contining thanks to those who are willing to engage in healthy dialogue and don't demand that this thread be limited, as some others are, to those whose only function here is unremitting hype and attack anyone who isn't a full fledged FNTN flag waver. |
