Call me foolish but I added to my NYRR share collection to-day! Based on my opinion I did so for the following reasons: #1. I think we are way over due for a news/business update that contains some meaty facts. ( Be it on the NYRR Web Site--the stay tuned scenario?--or a good old fashioned news release!) #2. Being one to usually try and search for hidden meanings I took the Stay Tuned statement on the NYRR Web Site as a very Bullish comment! ( I could be totally off base but that's how I interpretted it.) #3. As I see it we have not even seen the tip of the iceberg as to the potential opportunities that will come NYRR'rs way as a result of the recent Major Rail acquisitions , mergers, etc.--if, as and when such such opportunities ever present themselves and/or materialize. #4. I can't tell you how many times I have been lulled into thinking what's wrong--when I thought news was coming---yet the price was slipping---and rather then taking advantage of a buying opportunity--I became passive --took a wait an see attitude--and sure enough most times the share price rallied--after some progress reporting from the company. Well--in my opinion it's not going to happen to me again--I see someone's selling opportunity as someone else's buying opportunity--in this case my opportunity--at least that's how I see it. Yes! It might go lower from current share price levels--if it does--then most likely I will consider accumulating more shares--unless of course through my DD I find something that tell's me to reconsider my NYRR Investment. At the same time always keeping in mind that thus far it is a Non-Reporting OTC-BB Company thus making it a very High Risk and Speculative situation--unless of course the company issues news that confirms otherwise! JMO! With all the possibilities out there I suspect that sooner or later NYRR will have reason to issue some news! Hopefully sooner then later. I also suspect that there may very well be some mind games going on with several different scenarios being played out--thus the lower share price then I expected we would see at this point in time! JMO! I am trying to work within a certain framework when reviewing my NYRR Investment----namely Expect the Unexpected --and not to be surprised by any unexpected surprises--at least that's how my NYRR headset has developed over the past few years from an investment perspective. JMO! A GREAT LONG WEEK-END TO ALL! Wayne J.
