IMO, I can't see this news release having any significant degree of affect on the stock price. I would be surprised if this NR has any affect on it at all. I was told that a series of NR's will be disseminated this month.

Honestly, I'm surprised that news on "an agreement to purchase" this clinic is all that was released. I was told by Rob Talbot that this clinic has been generating revenue for MDRE for several months now and that the revenues would be acknowledged in the upcoming NR's.

It seems that MDRE is definitely moving forward in regards to acquisitions and revenues, however, and I know I've said this before, there seems to be a discrepancy between what Mr. Talbot says will happen and what actually happens.

I will see what type of NR's are released this month and, if they are not within reasonable similarity to what Rob has told me will be released then I am going to unload my shares (at a loss!) and move on to bigger and better things. I think Medical Resorts is a good concept and may make money for their investors (in the end) but quite frankly, with Rob at the helm, one just can't tell if it'll take weeks, months, or years. In my humble opinion, if Rob continues to do IR for the company, Medical Resorts will lose a lot of current investors and discourage potential ones.

Mr. Talbot will have to accept that the money it costs for a GOOD IR person can make him 10 times the amount he will lose if he continues to do it on his own.

Again, I think the company has a good concept, but lacks IR expertise.

Anxiously awaiting the news,
Marty
