Most class action lawsuits of this nature are on a contigency basis.. Legal fees are extracted from the award if any.... The law firm invests its time and some filing costs.. Those who purchased during the specified time frame bear no expense but benifit from the award, if any, less attorney fees.

More often than not, should an award be given, very little is often what the shareholder receives.... Over the last 20 years I have been a subject in several and only received monies once. The money I received was very small and the total award was immaterial to the well being of the company...It may take years to go through the courts and the attorneys do well but rarely the shareholder... The attorney risks time and maybe some small expense... Its worth it for him to try to win...

After reviewing the legal particulars, I am not at all worried about this lawsuit.. I am even suspicious as to its timing... Look at how many months have passed before the suit was followed..

If anything, this creates a buying opportunity, perhaps the last one.. For the shorters a chance to cover with respect...

However I do expect another Evans story at any moment.... He only has couple of weeks left to do damage....
