Tried using their web site? I just started following this thread, got interested, went to their site and tried to use their search function. It didn't work. Just kept bringing up the search page again as though no request had been entered.

So....I emailed them via "contact us." This was 5 days ago. No response.

They might have potential but they sure aren't executing.
