Mr. Spurlin,
I would thank you for your response in that it was done in a professional and detailed manner. I do appreciate a good debate and would say that the "facts" will come to the surface and when they do, we will no longer need to debate. Until that time, I would take exception to some of your observations.
First, are you familiar with Mr. Tony Interdonato of TMAN Global ? If so, would you please tell us what your knowledge of this individual may be. Secondly, are you familiar with Mr. Ron Tramontano ? And, if you are, would you please advise me of your contact with this individual. Third, are you familiar with Dr. Ron Valli ? If so, in what capacity did you have some contact with him. Fourth, how about Mr. Vincent Anthony ? What was/is your knowledge about this man ?
After you have identified any relationship you may have had with these individuals, we can proceed with the debate. Incidentally, do you know the positions that these individuals presently maintain with TMAN Global.com (OTC_BB CHOP)?
Let's talk about business relationships for a minute. Mr. Jeff Bezos, President of Amazon.com recently stated, "We are pleased to have TMAN global.com in the family of Amazon.com associates". This is quite an endorsement in my view and should be properly credited to the management team of TMAN global (OTC_BB CHOP). And, I wonder if there will be any more " business relationships" in the near future ? Let us watch and see. My guess is that this will be a huge success story and, if by chance, I am wrong, I will post that to the thread immediately. You have my word on that.
On the other hand, if by chance, you are wrong, will you post your apology to this thread ?
Now, let's talk about this land deal you mentioned. PLease advise us of any "land deals" that TMAN global.com has entered into and when this took place. I will assist you in your "DD" on this and will let you know IF I find a single incident of this activity. You do the same, OK.
As to financials, I recall a recent release which spoke of nothing but the financial status of the company. If you are unable to locate that release, please let me know and I will re-post that information here for your eyes.
As to the share count and one keeping an eye on the Transfer Agent reports, I would be happy to accommodate. Do you have access to those figures and if you do, will you kindly post them here ? If you do not, you are making strong accusations without any foundation. On the other hand, if you have that access, you will likely post those numbers here for all to read. That would certainly settle this portion of our debate.
Mr. Spurlin, I am reluctant to make such lengthy posts for fear that readers will get bored, but your post makes several statements which I believe are totally unfounded and without any material evidence. If you feel that you are "totally correct", then please back up your position with "FACTS".
Again, I thank you for your post albeit flawed as I feel it is. Your presentation was civil and I thank you for that also.
I anxiously await your responses. And, one more question please. Did you own FSGI or CHOP and if so how did your investment fare ? I have owned both and not experienced any difficulties. In fact, I am a shareholder of CHOP as I write this response.
Finally, I am very willing to take FULL responsibility for my investment behavior when dealing with any OTB_BB stock. If one is willing to invest in a company knowing it is not fully reporting, there are inherent risks. I suggest that you may have had a "bad" experience with your investment with FSGI and have decided to vent your anger here on the CHOP thread. If I am wrong about that last statement, I would offer my apology to you. If I am right, then you might consider investing in "fully reporting" stocks which offer little risk of loss.
Any guess when CHOP will become "fully reporting" ? I suggest that they will before the new SEC regulations take effect. We shall see.
My apology to the thread for this lengthy response.
Warm Regards,
