Concerning REG.S shares:
If in fact this company has had to "regroup" and did in fact "raise some serious cash outside of the country" what, if anything, was given in exchange for this cash? Were REG. S shares given to the "lenders" in exchange for this serious cash? If so, how many shares were exchanged for cash, what are the restrictions governing these shares? It would be wise to put the performance of products available and those to come, on the back burner for a few days to look into this matter. Someone pointed out that 25,000 shares (small amount) were sold for 21 thousand or so dollars, on or about January 17,'97. Were these REG.S shares, if so, how many more are out there? Some companies pay for everything including their vacations with REG. S shares that are eventually dumped on the market to the shareholders detriment. Personally, I hope this is not the case as issuing REG. S shares to out of the country corporations and etc.in payment for loans, services, goods and the like, is a well known practice use by unscrupulous companies causing dilution of shareholders equity. Let's hope SYCR is not involved and never will be involved in this practice.
