Good question Steve, They may not be short yet, just starting to test the water and try to determine where the longs think the top is at. Finding a good entry point is key for a good short. They also may try to create dips to add to their positions. Nothing wrong with being a short, I just don't like to be treated like an idiot. I welcome all the shorts to post facts to support their positions. Oh yea, I almost forgot, lots of people who shorted Inets in the last few months wished they didn't.
