When Cnv Note holders convert at $47 it is a clear sign that the stock is scarce relative to demand to an extreme level. This is an excellent bullish sign. Cnv note holders almost never convert even well after being far in the money. There isn't any reason whatsoever to give away the coupon yield.

Someone needs stock and they need it bad enough to pay $47 and throw away the interest on the debt. Outstanding! Could this be a sign that things are getting warm for Mr. Master Of The Universe Knucklehead Smith 4 Million Shares Short In 60 Days Regardless Of Price Man? You bet.

Good Luck To Each And All
