Mr. Andy Thomas,

<<<MSFT could have educated customers. When win 3.0 came out, MSFT talked about studies which showed the mouse to be superior to the keyboard. This was, and is, and always will be, a lie.>>>

Actually in a PBS special, Nerds that rule the World (I think that is the title of it), the mouse was invented by a scientist at Xerox in the late 1960's early 1970's. They concluded that the mouse was superior to the keyboard, unfortunately it was ahead of it's time. Steven Jobs seen the value of the mouse and ran with the idea. That was from the PBS special.

<<<They did nothing to educate the public, but instead catered to the lcd. There's nothing wrong with that but let's at least understand that is what they did.>>>

This is the standard that 100% all companies conforms too. SUN should educate all users who buy their equipment and version of Unix. Oracle should educate all users who buy their database and application software. They will educate the user as long as you pay them. IBM, HP, DG and etc. and etc. have been doing this before MSFT was even invented.

Thank You

JK
