so as you 'react' to the JUDGEMENTS tonto guy remember mitchell will be waiting for 29 january hearing to find out only no one will be there. Let's see... judgment implies finality... Finality would explain why you claim there is no hearing on the 29th anymore... The Judge couldn't rule on behalf of AZNT unless the DTC were made party to the lawsuit, served, and showed up in court, which obviously has not happened... So... sounds to me like you are saying in no uncertain terms that Judge George has dismissed the case! - Jeff
