Hi Danny boy! An impeachment and trial by the Senate is NOT a Court of law. It is a uniquely political process governed by the Constitution and the rules of the House and Senate. The Senators will decide if the facts as proven (and the facts prove overwhelmingly that perjury was committed and obstruction is likely) warrant Bubba's removal from office. The facts may be redundant but the process must be observed and respected unless of course the Senators feel as you do that King Clinton is above the law. JLA
